The D-A-CH Conference on Applied Cereal Sciences (formerly the Conference on Cereal Chemistry) has been one of the most important professional events for cereal sciences in the German-speaking world for more than 60 years. The conference focuses on current scientific findings and practical issues along the entire value chain—from raw materials to the final product.
The conference is organized by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Getreideforschung e.V. (AGF) in collaboration with the Max Rubner Institute, Institute for Safety and Quality in Grains in Detmold, as well as the ICC regional groups in Switzerland and Austria.
The event brings together experts in product development, analytics, research, and consulting from the DACH region and neighboring countries. In addition to a diverse program of presentations, it offers numerous opportunities for professional exchange and networking with experts from academia and industry.

“Changing Mycotoxin Profiles in the Context of Climate Change: New Challenges for Monitoring and Analysis”
The presentation will examine the effects of climate change on the occurrence and composition of mycotoxins, as well as the resulting requirements for modern monitoring and analytical strategies.
