Intended use

SAFIA Check can be used to perform the SAFIA Performance Check. This ensures that the flow cytometer for SAFIA assays is functioning reliably and accurately. Specially defined SAFIA Check particles are used to quickly and clearly verify system performance. Intensities, particle counting rates, coefficients of variation, and signal-to-noise ratios are validated in all relevant detectors (FSC, SSC, FL-1, FL-3).

The SAFIA Check software ensures automatic, tamper-proof documentation of all results, ideal for audits and regulatory requirements.
